WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 28-day return policy from the date of purchase. All return items must be sent and received at our warehouse within 28 days of the original order date. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging, securely packed for safe transit.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information — including the tracking number, courier details, and a direct tracking link for easy access.

If you’ve misplaced this email, simply contact our customer service team, and they’ll be happy to provide your tracking details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, we aim to process and produce it as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your item(s) without delay. Due to our fast turnaround times, order cancellations can be difficult — if your order has already entered the processing or production stage, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to stop it in time.

If your cancellation request reaches us before production begins, we’ll process your refund right away. Please note that refunds may take 5–7 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service. However, we do provide an express shipping option, which typically delivers your order within 1–2 working days. This service can be selected during checkout.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched, after which delivery times are as follows:

UK SHIPPING

  • Standard: 2–3 working days

  • Express: 1–2 working days

USA SHIPPING

  • Standard: 6–7 working days

  • Express: 1–2 working days

GLOBAL SHIPPING

  • Standard: 3–7 working days

  • Express: 2–5 working days

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, NOW WHAT?

While all orders are shipped using a fully trackable delivery service, we understand that occasional delays can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us, and our team will be happy to assist.

In rare cases, external factors — such as adverse weather, high postal volumes, customs delays, or courier performance — can extend delivery times to 14–28 working days.

Please note that an order is only considered missing after 28 working days from the date of dispatch.

I’VE RECEIVED AN ITEM DAMAGED, FAULTY OR MISSING PARTS. NOW WHAT?

If you’ve received an item that is damaged, faulty, or missing parts, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience — we never intend for any customer to receive a product below our usual high standards.

Please contact us within 28 days of your purchase, and we’ll be more than happy to arrange either a refund or a replacement for you.

SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately, at different times, and possibly on different days. This is because we store and ship products from multiple warehouses, and dispatch times can vary based on stock levels and production schedules.

You’ll receive a tracking email for each parcel within your order — please check these emails for the latest updates on your shipment(s).
