RETURN POLICY

We offer a 28-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 28 days have passed since your order, we’re unable to accept your return.

To be eligible, items must be returned and received at our warehouse within 28 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Items should also be securely packaged for return shipping.

Please note, we reserve the right to withhold part of your refund or decline a return if these conditions are not met.
Postage charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to return an item purchased from CEMPAClothing.com, please first contact our customer service team to confirm whether your order is eligible for return.

In your return request email, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • Your reason for returning the item(s)

Please note that we do not accept returns on customised items. For this reason, we ask that you double-check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order to ensure everything is correct.

Once we receive your return request, it will be reviewed by a member of our returns team for approval. Please allow 1–5 working days for this process to be completed.
Do not send any items back until your return has been approved. Once approved, you’ll receive a unique RMA# returns code—please keep this safe, as you’ll need it to complete your return.

When your return has been approved, you may send your item(s) back to our UK warehouse following the instructions below.


SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wait for approval: Ensure your return request has been approved before sending any items to avoid complications or cancellations. You’ll receive a confirmation email once approved.

  2. Print your order confirmation email: Use the original order confirmation email sent at purchase for the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Add your RMA# code: Clearly write your RMA# returns code on the printed order confirmation email.

  4. Repackage securely: Repack your item(s) safely and include the printed confirmation email with the RMA# written clearly.

  5. Send your return: Ship your return using a fully tracked and insured service of your choice to the following address:

Q: Why must I include my order confirmation and RMA#?
A: This information allows us to identify and process your return accurately.

Q: Where do I find my RMA# returns code?
A: Once your return has been approved, your RMA# code will be provided via email.

Q: How should I package my return?
A: Please ensure your item(s) are securely and adequately packaged with sufficient protection. Buyers are responsible for any damage caused during return transit.

Q: Do I need to use a tracked and insured shipping service?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for your protection. CEMPAClothing.com is not responsible for any lost or untracked return shipments.

Q: Do I need to pay for return postage?
A: Yes, buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not currently offer a free returns service.

Q: Which couriers can I use?
A: You may use any courier of your choice, but we recommend selecting a trusted and reliable provider.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original order for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred item(s).

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you’ve received an item that is damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience — we never intend for any customer to receive a product below our usual high standards.

Please contact us within 28 days of purchase, and our team will be happy to arrange either a refund or a replacementfor you.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt of your item. We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved, partially approved, or declined. Please note that the vast majority of returns — around 99% — are approved for a full refund without issue.

If your refund is fully approved, we’ll confirm this by email and automatically issue a credit to your original payment method.

If your refund is partially approved (as outlined in our Return Policy and How to Return an Item sections), we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d prefer to have the item returned to you or receive a partial refund.

If your refund is rejected based on the same criteria, we’ll notify you and automatically return the item to you within 1–5 working days via standard mail.

All approved or partial refunds are processed within 1–2 working days, and credits should appear on your statement within 5–7 working days depending on your payment provider.

Please note: If you paid for shipping or selected an upgraded delivery service, these shipping fees are non-refundableand will be excluded from your refund total.

PROMOTIONAL RETURNS

Please note that when returning an item purchased as part of a promotional offer (for example, “Buy 2, Save 20%”), your refund will be recalculated to reflect the adjusted order value once the promotion no longer applies.

Example:
If two T-shirts are £45 each (total £90) and a 20% discount applies, you pay £72 (£90 – 20%).
If you return one T-shirt, your refund will be £27, not £36, as the promotional discount no longer applies when only one item remains.

This policy applies to all promotional and tiered discounts. If your return changes your eligibility for an offer, your refund will be adjusted to match the correct discount tier.

It also applies to promotional shipping offers. For example, if you qualified for free shipping but return part of your order, reducing your total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

All approved and partial refunds are processed within 1–2 working days, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 working days.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after this period, please first contact your bank or credit card provider for an update, as processing times can vary between institutions.

If, after completing these steps, your refund still hasn’t appeared within 10 working days of receiving your refund approval email, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Certain types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazinescannot be returned. Additionally, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and selected health or personal care items are also non-returnable.

Please note that we also do not accept returns on customised items. For this reason, we kindly ask that you take extra care when adding custom details to your clothing to ensure everything is accurate before submitting your order.

There are some circumstances where partial refunds may be issued, or a refund/return may be declined entirely, including:

  • Books showing clear signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.

  • Any item returned more than 28 days after the date of purchase.
