PROCESSING TIME

All orders are passed to our processing team within 24 hours of being placed. Once received, our team typically takes 1–3 working days to prepare and dispatch your shipment. Please note: During peak periods or public holidays, processing and dispatch times may take slightly longer.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been processed and dispatched:

Standard UK shipments typically arrive within 2–3 working days.
Express UK shipments usually arrive within 1–2 working days.

Standard USA shipments generally take 6–7 working days to arrive.
Express USA shipments usually arrive within 1–2 working days.

Global Standard shipments are delivered within 3–7 working days.
Global Express shipments typically arrive within 2–5 working days.

Please note: In rare instances, external factors such as adverse weather, high postal volumes, customs delays, or courier performance may extend delivery times to 7–28 working days.
For your peace of mind, all orders are shipped using a fully trackable delivery service, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

USA SHIPPING 🇺🇸

CEMPAClothing.com offers free standard USA delivery on all orders over $99.
For orders under $99, a flat rate standard delivery fee of $24.95 applies.
Express delivery is also available for a flat rate of $49.95 per order.

GLOBAL SHIPPING 🌍

For international orders (outside the UK and USA) under £80, a flat rate standard international delivery fee of £9.95 applies.
For express international delivery, the flat rate is £14.95 per order.

Shipping upgrades, where available, can be selected in the ‘Shipping’ section of your cart during checkout.

CEMPAClothing.com works with a trusted network of shipping partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

While most items are handled by Royal Mail, we also use a variety of reputable couriers, including (but not limited to): UPS, DHL, Evri, APC, XDP, Yodel, Collect+, BlueCare Express, TNT, ePacket, Zinc, DPD, and USPS.

Please note that your order may arrive via any of these couriers or through other reliable delivery partners not listed above.

ORDER TRACKING

All orders are shipped using a fully trackable delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Please note: if your tracking information confirms delivery but you believe your order has not arrived, you must contact the delivery provider directly for further assistance. CEMPAClothing.com cannot be held responsible for any item marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier.

If you’ve misplaced your tracking email, simply reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to resend your tracking details.

It’s essential that you provide the correct delivery address and postcode when placing your order.
CEMPAClothing.com cannot be held responsible for any lost items resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. The address entered at checkout is exactly what appears on your shipping label, so please double-check it carefully.

After placing your order, review your order confirmation email immediately. If you spot any errors, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to amend them. However, if your order has already been processed and/or dispatched, we’re unable to make further address changes.
Please note: For business deliveries, the business name must be included.

We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, but factors such as bad weather, high postal volumes, customs delays, or courier performance may occasionally affect delivery times.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from either our own warehouse, a trusted third-party supplier, or a fulfilment centre. During busier periods, third-party partners may assist to ensure your order is fulfilled on time. Please note that if a third party is used, there may be external branding on or within the packaging—if this is a concern, we recommend refraining from ordering.

Depending on stock availability, we may ship multiple items separately, meaning parts of your order could arrive at different times and via different couriers.
